Custom made solutions for efficient filtration applications: Innovatec Microfibre Technology GmbH & Co. KG which was founded in 1995 in Troisdorf (Germany) is one of the largest manufacturers of meltblown in Europe. The product range comprises meltblown nonwovens as well as multilayer composites. Thoroughly engineered material compositions, as well as different bonding techniques allow a broad variety of products, which cover the complete range of filter classes from G2 – H11. Besides HVAC applications Innovatec develops and manufactures a variety of filter media for the automotive industry and synthetic vacuum cleaner bags. Production of filter media for face masks is carried out according to established and relevant safety classes. Availability: FFP 1 – FFP 3, as well as BFE 1 and BFE 2. Innovatec´s engineers mainly employ PP, PE and TPU for filtration applications. All relevant filter tests can be carried out in a state of the art test lab. This enhances and shortens development cycles. Certified according DIN EN ISO 9001.: 2009, Innovatec follows ambitious quality goals, regarding its suppliers and partners.
